LICENSING THE 10+1™
A decision standard for Human–AI interaction, used before decisions are automated, delegated, or scaled.
This page governs licensing and use of the 10+1.

WHAT A 10+1 LICENSE IS FOR
The 10+1 is licensed as a decision-making system, not a poster, not a pledge, not a one-time training.
Organizations license the 10+1 to:
  • review AI-related decisions before they ship or scale
  • assign clear ownership across leadership, product, risk, compliance, and security
  • create shared language for authority, tradeoffs, and consequence
  • keep accountability durable as systems evolve and drift
Typical use cases include:
  • enterprise AI deployment
  • AI-enabled products and services
  • security, risk, and compliance environments
  • leadership and board-level governance
WHAT LICENSING ENABLES
A license enables your organization to:
  • use the 10+1 internally as a structured decision standard
  • integrate it into reviews, governance workflows, and leadership decision pathways
  • apply it consistently across teams and use cases
  • train decision-makers in responsible application
Licensing does not prescribe outcomes.
It provides structure, so responsibility stays legible at speed and at scale.
WHAT LICENSING IS NOT
To protect the integrity of the system, licensing is not:
  • a marketing badge or certification
  • a compliance shortcut or regulatory guarantee
  • a self-assessment tool used without governance
  • an unrestricted framework for public redistribution
If you’re looking for a lightweight ethics signal, you’re not a fit.
STEWARDSHIP EXPECTATIONS
The 10+1 is a living decision standard. Licensees are expected to:
  • assign clear ownership for use and governance
  • apply it before critical decisions (not after outcomes)
  • revisit application as systems, incentives, and contexts change
  • treat it as a working standard—not an occasional reference
Access is reviewed for alignment with these expectations.
LICENSE USE
Use of the 10+1™ system within an organization requires an active license or written permission.
LICENSING INQUIRY
Licensing conversations are exploratory and evaluative. Access is not automatic.
